The Black Light Theatre of Prague returns to Athens with the "MAGIC FLUTE" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. This new performance by the Black Light theatre of Prague takes you on a fantastic journey together with prince Tamino and Papageno.

The performance is a wonderful combination of the poetic music of Mozart, "live" actors who play the characters and the magical effects of the Black Light Theatre of Prague. Colourful pictures appear out of nowhere from the infinite universe, shapes appear and disappear as the dancers seem to defy the laws of gravity. The intense darkness of black light theatre is full of fantasy. Poetic pictures are approaching you from the mysterious and almost indefinite depth of the black box. You cannot see the actors as they are invisible. Suddenly you can see them rather well and almost dangerously close. Music will bring the inanimate to life, tragic will change into comic, unbelievable will become real.
The performance is based on the classical opera by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's "Magic Flute" and presents the adventurous journey of prince Tamino who falls in love with the beautiful princess Pamina and decides to save her from the magician Zarastro who keeps her a prisoner. In the end. some are rewarded and some are not...
